As you all know, as the subdivision was being developed, there are many different HOA restriction documents and amendments. We are attempting to consolidate these into a single set of HOA restrictions in order to standardize and simplify. During our HOA meeting, we will be announcing the new proposed consolidated HOA Restrictions (this is a DRAFT). The draft document will be uploaded to our website ahead of the meeting and we will have limited print outs for those who may not have internet access.
