One of the restrictions in our subdivision is that boats, trailers, RVs and other type vehicles should be kept within a garage structure or should be stored off premise.
We have been trying to be lenient on this restriction since we realize spring has come and that brings projects that require such things to be in public view for short periods of time.
However, we have noticed some instances where this has been more than a short duration.
The HOA is asking that if you own one of these vehicles and it is in public view to please properly store by April 29th. We would rather this be voluntary action and not require a formal letter asking that these be stored.
Please help us spread the word to everyone - If you notice someone who is in violation, please let them know about our webpage or Facebook post about this subject.
